We have an immediate opening for an apprentice (trainee) Volkswagen/Audi mechanic. Salary is competitive and a weekly performance bonus is available. This is a temporary 40-hour position with excellent training and advancement into a permanent position as a trained journeyman mechanic. Working hours are 8:00 to 5:00 PM weekdays.

Requirements:

• Must have some metric hand tools
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Valid class c or greater GA driver's license
• Relatively clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from the workplace
• Abilty to read and comprehend the english language
• Willingness to submit to drug screening

• Wheel alignment and tire service
• Light and heavy maintenence
• Engine repair
• Fuel Injection
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Electronics troubleshooting and repair
• Soldering
• MIG welding
• TIG welding
• Plasma cutting
• Windows and VAG-Com skills
• How to interact well with customers
• How to meet and exceed customer expectations
• How to keep a winning attitude in tight situations
